Hello
Does anyone have a name and mailing address for the upper tier of
Comcast?
I wish to send a registered letter. Comcast through "Secure Signals
international" extorted $3000.00 from me for Signal theft. I had
purchased a box on line and really never used it (a piece of crap) but
ask as I might I could not get Comcast to review my billing History to
prove my case. I have had premium services before I got the box,
(since 1991) I never cancelled them and in fact purchased another
digital box before they brought the suit against me. I'm pissed at
the total disregard of Comcast customer service for lack of response
and also the balls to make part of the settlement that I had to agree
to a two year contract. When I attempted to turn in the box to
Comcast they wouldn't take it until I agreed to settle for $3000.00
they wanted $5000.00 or they would sue for $15000.00. I don't think
they would have won the 15 G but the aggravation was killing me so I
settled. I got screwed!
My only recourse is to share the name of the "Security Chief" in the
hopes he get a little heat, and to spread my experiences with Comcast.
Any help would be appreciated.

Shoot for the top. Look up Brian Roberts on google. His home town is
Philly. Arin whois is another good spot to start looking. Hang this
asshole if you can. Or, use a silver bullet on him. He has it coming.
