changing channels on Motorola DCT2224

I have 4 Motorola DCT2224 boxes from Comcast and one of them needs the
3 digits too be entered to change the channel. The other ones would
take any combination 1, 2, or 3 digits to change the channels. Is
there any way to set it up to ro take 1, 2, or 3 digits to change the
channels?
